Return & Refund Policy – INSIDE HOME

At INSIDE HOME, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every item you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Exchanges within 14 Days (Change of Mind)

  • You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and invoice included.

  • For returns without a product defect, the customer will cover the pickup/shipping fees.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, customized or made-to-order furniture, and products explicitly marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy.


2. Defective or Non-Conforming Items (Up to 30 Days)

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase once the returned item has been inspected and approved.


3. Reporting Damaged Items upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving it, attaching clear photos of the packaging and product.
We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order promptly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture (special sizes, fabrics, or colors).

  • Assembled or used products, items missing original packaging or showing signs of wear.

  • Final Sale / Clearance items and gift cards.

Note: If a customized item is defective or not as described, it remains eligible for return under our defect policy.


5. Product Condition & Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, free from stains, odors, or scratches.
If the packaging is damaged in a way that affects resale, a deduction may apply—except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via email at info@insidehomestudio.com or WhatsApp at +201122212136, including your order number and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll confirm receipt and provide return shipping instructions or arrange pickup for large furniture items.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  4. Approved refunds are issued within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Shipping Fees

  • Returns without a defect: Customer pays for return shipping.

  • Defective or incorrect items: INSIDE HOME covers all shipping costs.


8. Legal Notice

This policy complies with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations.
Any clause that contradicts the law will automatically be adjusted in favor of the customer.
