Shipping & Delivery Policy

All INSIDE HOME furniture is made to order and carefully prepared before delivery.

Production Time:
Orders are typically completed within 10 – 20 working days, depending on the product, specifications, and order quantity.

Delivery:
We offer free delivery across Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo.

For locations outside these areas, delivery availability and any applicable charges will be confirmed before order completion.

Delivery Scheduling:
Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Customers are kindly requested to ensure that the delivery location, entrances, elevators, staircases, and access points are suitable for the ordered furniture dimensions.

Upon Delivery:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any visible damage or issue should be reported to our team immediately, preferably with clear photos or videos.

Delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including transportation conditions, building access restrictions, or other unforeseen delays.
