1. Free Delivery Areas
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within:

Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo)

North Coast residential projects
Deliveries outside these areas may include additional transportation fees, depending on the distance and item type.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of order:

Ready items: typically delivered within 5–10 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items: may take 4–8 weeks, depending on production and finishing schedules.
Our team will contact you in advance to arrange the most convenient delivery date and time.
3. Installation & Handling
All INSIDE HOME orders include professional delivery and on-site installation, handled by our trained team to ensure every piece is perfectly placed and finished according to your approved design.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Before delivery, you will receive a call or message confirming the time and address.
Our team will also inspect and confirm the product condition with you upon delivery.
5. Damages or Issues
If you receive any item damaged during shipping or installation, please notify us within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp. We’ll replace or repair it promptly at no extra cost.
